CES 2012 continues to show some really cool and nifty gadgets, not the least of which is the new Lamborghini Avantador.
Named after a bull from a famous bullfight in 1993, the Avantador boasts that it is 1 bull taming 700 horses, from which we may correctly understand that the Avantador is a 700 horsepower beast of a car.
The Avantador also boasts a V12 engine, a max speed of 217 mph, and tender loving care packed in to every inch. The website says that the car only get 13.5 miles to the gallon, which I assume is due to the monstrous engine inside. But if you’re wealthy enough to buy a car like this, gas consumption likely isn’t an issue for you.
Personally I think my favorite part of the whole package is the back windshield. If you don’t know why, have a watch at this video.
I’ll admit that I really don’t know a whole lot about cars, so if you’d like to take a look at some more detailed specifications on the Avantador, you may see them here. The only thing I doubt you’ll find on the website is a pricetag for a car like this.
So what do you think? Going to start saving your pennies?
