Sprinkles Cupcakes, based in Los Angeles, is one of the most popular cupcakeries in the United States. Sprinkles recently launched a rainbow colored ATM-looking invention that will soon dispense decadent treats 24 hours a day. The machine is not yet functional, but it looks like a robot face with its mouth wide open, ready to dispense frosting-topped delights.
Sprinkles is known for launching the international cupcake craze, and they appear to be continuing the trend. The Sprinkles Cupcake ATM is like something you’d see in a futuristic version of CandyLand. The cupcake ATM may likely have robbery attempts from hungry thieves with a sweet tooth.
Quoting a Sprinkles press release, “This automatic cupcake machine dispenses freshly baked cupcakes, cupcake mixes, apparel and even cupcakes for Fido! In the heart of Beverly Hills nestled between Sprinkles Cupcakes and the brand new Sprinkles Ice Cream, 24 Hour Sprinkles will be continuously restocked day and night with a variety of freshly baked cupcake flavors.”
The automated cupcake machine is located on Santa Monica Boulevard at their original Beverly Hills location. Sprinkles also has locations in Newport Beach, La Jolla, and Palo Alto, California, as well as national locations in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Scottsdale, New York City and Washington, DC.
